I earned my doctoral degree from Florida Institute of Technology, with an emphasis in integrated behavioral healthcare and health psychology. Having worked in various medical and behavioral health centers, I have come to believe wellness involves the whole person. This includes your emotional, physical, social, relational and spiritual health.
